Music Ministry Update 1

Dear M&M,
The musicians and singing roster for October will be published shortly and so far most people have been pretty flexible in their schedules. Here are the few exceptions:

- Kathy will be retiring temporarily for her HSC, may the God bless you with wisdom, strength and courage during such an important event as such! All the best to your studies but remember to always turn back and continue to worship him even during your exams! We look forward to see you and your service back at church upon its completion, and dont forget to submit your updated resume and CV before you commence work with us again!

- Sarah, we are unsure about your study commitments at the moment, it would be good if you could let us know when you cant sing or prefer to sing, so that we can slot you into the schedule. If your unable to commit for the time being, it would be perfectly alright and I'll have to work the manpower around with the others. Hope to hear from you soon!

- The powerpointers!! As spoken with David Ung, the roster would be on the 1st, 4th and 5th (if any) will be David's allocation, Tanja Rac on the 2nd week and Claire on the 3rd week. Is this correct?

If there are any more dates which anyone would like to delcare themselves a break, please email and/or leave a message on the tag board!

Hellejuah to the King of Kings was very very well played today! Keep up the good work and shine for the Lord!

As some of you might have noticed, we had a small tiff during practice today. Working as part of a team would surely upbring various disagreements among the members. but hey! its all good... We are working together as an army of God! Let us focus our eyes on our Lord as we continue to serve him in the music ministry!

The songs for next sunday in chronological order will be:
- Hosanna (G major) - remember, a slow start for the 1st verse and chorus - at the end, we will link to the chorus of --->
- How Great Is Our God (G major), a solo sung my John, guitar to come in after that chorus
- I Will Trust You In The Darkness (D major) - guitar will strum to begin
- Teach Me Your Ways (Bb Major) - guitar will strum to begin
- Where Else Have We To Go (A major) - guitar will strum to begin
- Worthy Of All Praise (E major) - drums to tap in

Song sharing next Sunday will be Jamie Law:)

Musicians for the following Sunday will be: DQ, William, Chris and Bryan / Victor , singers will be Jamie.L (oh dear, again) and Claire

Last but not least, I will be heading back to Singapore over the mid-semester break and thus I will not be at church on next sunday and possibly the following. John, who has recently invested his $$ in a new white 1998 Toyota Camry, will conduct M&M instead.

Jane, we are praying for you!!

Have a great week ahead, thank you for reading and God bless!

In Christ,
Titus
