Goodday, it was church today. Speaker: Cam, Worship Leader: Jason I played drums for the 1st and last time of my holiday. Songs we sang were One For Many, In Jesus Name We Trust, Here I Am To Worship, Not Ashamed, Thanksgiving and 1 Corinthians 13, led by John and Grace and guitarists William and David Quach. the M n M joined singing in the front of the 1st 2 songs. Its kool how the church functions in a new way compared to last time when i was around. Cam spoke about our jobs we hold, talked about how we should treasure the jobs we have and not to expect too much from it and also be contented to have the income we are earning. Also, we should think how we can minister to others at our workplace.
Lunch today we had some beef and brocolli vege which was alright but i didnt really enjoy either, I have to admit army food is quite nice too. Then, Jamie had to leave to go home and study for maths hsc, so said goodbye to her, was sad, but Im glad shes coming to Singapore to visit me soon with her family.
We had M n M, Jane and Grace have been planning so hard for the Christmas presentation and I think we should give alot of credit to the both of them. Was made to play Guitar while they both sort of auditioned the singers to see whether their plans fit, seemed alright. Most of the people were not there due to the hsc. Then, bid farewell to Billy and then Trannie.
After M n M, went to Mounties with Nelson, William, Michael Ngo and David Quach then we met Andrew, Michael O Donnel and Alistairs already there, and also Monica and her drummer boyfriend (forgot his name). We went to play snooker, then practiced a lil with William and got abit better. Will be practicing with my school friends at Cabra vale Diggers tomorrow.
After that, got bk to church, caught the ending of the evening service. its nice how they arranged the tables and have some snacks and drinks there, I probably be eating more than listening to the sermon.. hehe... .
Then, we planned to go to some Thai restaurant in Canley Heights for dinner. Unfortunately, Cam got locked out of his car and had to call NRMA for help, Michael O Donnel stayed with him. At the thai restaurant, on our table was Ken. W, Ian, Andrew, Michael ngo and myself, we ordered sticky rice, Larp ( raw beef with strap and chilli), some mixed stuff with chilli, tom yum soup and green curry. Was alright, cost about $9 per person. On the other table was the Mcphail family, Ruth, John and Benita, Alistair and David Loeng but we left early because Ian had to study for the hsc and i thought i would go bk to church to accompany cam if NRMA wasnt there yet, but he left, so all well and good.
Got home, made some arrangements for my week, meeting Yui for lunch tomrorow, then games with my school friends, thats it. Ian and some others plan to go to Bryan's restaurant on Wed for my farewell lunch and eat the same stuff.. thats about it, gonna talk to mum soon and then going to sleep. Goodnight everyone!
