This annoucement is also for passengers travelling over to XXX on flight ZL XXX. We are currently finalising the boarding of our XXX service and once that is done, you will be the next to board. May we please get you seated at our lounge downstairs until called forward by the staff whom are boarding the flight'
Say this 15 times in 1 hour, and getting interupted by tons of deaf passengers whom ask you which flight is boarding within 10 seconds of your annoucement.
A few issues:
To that eye-impaired passenger, do you know what does 'Weight' mean? When you see the weight as 26.9Kg, it means your baggage weight is heavy! I believe a proper eye check would be essential for you to distinguish between 26.9kg and $269. When you look at an eletronic scale, it tells you how heavy an item is, it doesnt indicate a charge of $269. So please kindly look before you raise your voice. thanks!
To passenger Mr Fox travelling to Orange Springhill on ZL 188, when flight centre booked the flight for you, they should know that baggage weight for our airline is 15kg and we give you an additional 5kg for free. It is their job to inform you. Even if they didnt inform you, having a baggage weight of 37.8kg is clear to you that you will exceed the limit. Even an international flight would charge you for such baggage weight. I've already cut it down to $45 to save you some $$, by argueing with me isnt gonna make things good. Sorry, I cant help you. Sorry to rip you off, things are just the way it is. God will bless you with that $45 back in some way.
