Here am I at East MC with Zhang. Watched this new show lifeline. The rescueing part was quite interesting but then after that, it was all love story haiz.. i thought it would be jamm packed with rescuing. Show was about a car crash, then firemen, paramedic and policemen were there. Resuscitation using BVM (Bag Valve Mask), failed, guy died, Wach Allen 100 detected to shockable rhythm. Another lady, trapped in a burning car, assume spinal injury due to vehicle whiplash. Casualty unconscious on the AVPU scale, no response. Applied normal length C collar, ensuring spinal immobilisation using head grip and sternum grip. Removed casualty using KED (Kendrick Extraction Device). Set drip on young lady going into shock, unable to locate vein. Lower leg crushed in accident, amputation required.. awaiting medical team....Most of you wont know what im talking about anyway. haha..
Yeah.. today at CMC was pretty crowded, we had so many reservist medics coming in for East Hawk, most of them were alright. Had a couple of medical review patients today and some dispensing to do.. avjeet went despatch.. haha.. so boring.. collected jerry cans for east hawk and T loan 20 blankets. Loaded up to ferry to East, unloaded.. non duty personnel went home.. dinner was fried rice with chicken and fish ball.. quite alright.. slept for a while, watched lifeline,then news.. cant get Daniel.. duty crew for tomorrow.. haiz.. im bored. i shall end here.. yup.. day off tomrorow.. yay!! bye bye nitez..
